What is SkillBridge?
SkillBridge is a military transition program that allows eligible active duty service members to gain civilian work experience, training, or career development during their last 180 days of military service.
For candidates, SkillBridge can be an opportunity to explore a new industry, apply military experience in a civilian workplace, and build relationships with employers who value leadership, adaptability, discipline, and transferable skills.
