What is SkillBridge?
SkillBridge is a military transition program that allows eligible active duty service members to gain civilian work experience, training, and career development during their final 180 days of military service.
For candidates, SkillBridge can provide an opportunity to explore a new industry, apply military experience in a civilian workplace, better understand employer expectations, and build relationships with organizations that value leadership, adaptability, discipline, and transferable skills. Curran Development Group helps connect eligible SkillBridge candidates with employer partners offering approved career pathway opportunities.
