Christy Robinson-Curran is the Founder and CEO of Curran Development Group, based in Auburn, New York.

Christy’s career has always centered on helping organizations strengthen their teams, improve operations, and create meaningful pathways for people to grow. With experience in executive-level operations, risk management, business development, and workforce strategy, she brings a practical, relationship-driven approach to every client and candidate conversation.

Through Curran Development Group, Christy supports employers with recruiting, SkillBridge exploration, military-affiliated talent pipelines, and workforce planning. She is passionate about helping businesses think differently about talent while connecting candidates with opportunities that align with their skills and goals.
